Conflict can strike right into the heart of any family.  Whether recent or years in the making… the history, values, beliefs, emotions and experiences are all part of the family and part of the conflict. Sometimes dealing with those you are related to, can be the most difficult type of conflict to work through.  But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Going to the core of the conflict and what surrounds it, is what mediation is all about.  One by one, a mediator speaks to each family member involved privately and confidentially to understand the impact, the interests and what can be offered to helped resolve the conflict.  When the time is right and people are willing and ready, there will be a guided and respectful opportunity to listen and safely speak together with a mediator present.  The resolution is in the very hands and hearts of those willing to work towards it.
